Momos step by step

  1. Add the flour, oil, black pepper and salt...
  2. Knead a soft dough with lukewarm water.. Keep this dough aside to rest...
  3. Take all the veggies...
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves to it...
  5. Then add onions to it...
  6. When your onions turns pinkish add all the vegetables...
  7. Saute it for a minute.. and add black pepper and salt to it...
  8. Mix and add the ginger garlic paste to it...
  9. Mix well and switch off the flame.. and let it cool...
  10. Then take a very small amount of dough and make small balls of it...
  11. Then roll it and place the stuffing in between...
  12. Bring the edges together, twist and press lightly to seal the momo...
  13. Make all your momos like this...
  14. When all the momos are done place them in a steamer for 10-15 mins or till they are completely cooked....
  15. After 15 mins.. Or when the covering becomes slightly transparent.. Switch off the flame...
  16. Serve it with your favourite dip..
